1. How do I get my credit report?
Before the consultation, you will need to have a recent copy of your credit report from all 3 credit
bureaus. You can access your credit report by clicking one of the links below. We have created a
relationship with the following credit monitoring sites to provide you with a discounted price. Please
choose the 7 day $1 trial option. This allows you to cancel your credit monitoring before being
charged the monthly fee should our services be deemed non-beneficial to you. (Monthly fees for
services from Balance Financial Enterprises do not include the monthly fee for credit monitoring.
Credit monitoring is a separate charge from a separate company of your choosing from the provided
list).
2.How does the process work?
Interested clients should schedule a free consultation to ensure that Balance Financial Enterprises’
services are right for you. Before the consultation, you need to have a recent copy of your credit
report from all 3 credit bureaus. Through Balance Financial Enterprises’ website, you have access
to credit monitoring options at a discounted rate.

A highly trained staff of Balance Financial Enterprises will briefly analyze the credit report for you
during the free consultation. Qualified candidates for services will then complete the on-boarding
process with one of our customer service staff. A highly trained staff of Balance Financial
Enterprises will carefully scrutinize everything reported, item by item, to ensure to verify what
belongs or what needs to be removed, so that we can help you get your credit score higher.
(This will occur on a monthly basis) Clients provide all correspondences from bureaus and
companies to Balance Financial Enterprises within 3 days of receiving it. Each month clients will
schedule a coaching call where they discuss: updates to their credit report, factors contributing
to the current score, and given task to complete to contribute to positive credit building.
The monthly services and coaching call will continue monthly until the client has reached the
desired outcome and graduates from our services, or until the client cancels the client agreement.
3. How does the money back guarantee work?
If we do not repair/remove any negative items within 120 days (4 consecutive months) from the
time that you retain our services; you have not used a credit- consulting agency, nor attempted to
repair your own credit at least 1 year prior to signing up for our services; you have had no new
collections or missed payments during the time frame we are assisting you; you have maintained
credit monitoring services at all times during the time frame we are assisting you; you agree &
have sent updated reports/responses from all three credit bureaus & creditors to us within 3
days of receipt; You should receive updated credit reports every 35-45 days and make
us aware if updated reports have not been received. (Money back guarantee will not include
the document process fee)
4. How much does it cost?
Basic package:
$169 on the day of signup for the completion of document processing. (This fee is not for the
credit repair services. This fee is for the complete credit audit and for the processing of your
documents to enroll you as a new client. This fee is processed upon completion of this task).
$99 for the previous month of service. Starting 30 days after disputes are mailed out (monthly
credit repair fees are always paid AFTER work has been completed. For example: Work that is done
on April 20, 2020 would not be billed to you until May 20, 2020)

5. How many points will my score improve?
Every credit report is unique and will be treated as such. Subsequently, it is impossible to predict
how a person’s score can improve before doing an in-depth analyzation (also known as a credit
audit). If you are unsure if our services are beneficial to you, please schedule a free

6. How soon will I see results?
Typical clients begin to see results in as little as 35-60 days.
7. Who will complete my services and how qualified are they?
All services will be performed by highly trained staff. All credit repair specialist have undergone
intensive training and received industry certifications. All staff are aware of best practices and will
abide by FCRA and CROA laws.
8. How do I cancel my client agreement?
You have the right to cancel your client agreement with Balance Financial Enterprises at any time.
After cancellation, you will receive a final bill for the previous month’s service. Final payment will be
collected on the normal due date. (For example: Imagine that your monthly payment is made on
the 3rd of every month. On June 19th, 2020 you decide to cancel your client agreement. You will still
receive a charge on July 3rd, 2020 for the services that were performed in June).
We must receive in writing your request to cancel. The best and fastest way to cancel is to send an
email toinfo@bfe-ent.com. Staff should respond within 24 business hours of receipt. If you
do not receive a response within 24 business hours, please give us a call at (314) 380-3135. Sending
an email guarantees a paper trail for your protection should any issues arise.
